Carlos Lopez, a junior business administration major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with Northwestern Mutual in Greenville, South Carolina.

Ashlyn Moritz, a senior political science major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with the American Association of Christian Schools in Washington, DC.

Renee Celio, a senior criminal justice major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse (CORA) in San Mateo, California.

William Goff, a senior accounting major at Bob Jones University, is completing an internship with KPMG LLP.

Arianna Boyd, a sophomore culinary arts major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with Chesapeake Inn Restaurant and Marina in Chesapeake City, Maryland.

Matthew Holmes, a senior multimedia journalism major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship at WSPA-TV in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Sydney Tipton, a senior accounting major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with Katz, Sapper, and Miller in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Paul Thompson, a senior business administration major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with Peery Homes in Greenville, South Carolina.

Jose Alejandro Lara, a junior business administration major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with Newlink Dominicana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Jonathan Daulton, a senior communication major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship at Chick-fil-A Corporate in Atlanta, Georgia.

Diana Tovmassian, a senior health sciences major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with Sacramento Foot & Ankle Center (SFAAC) in Carmicheal, California.

Ian Hamrick, a senior English major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with Thomas, Fisher & Edwards, P.A. in Greenville, South Carolina.

Edward Cyran, a sophomore culinary arts major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with The Student Prince Cafe and The Fort in Springfield, Massachusetts.

James McCartney, a junior criminal justice major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship with the Department of Social Services in York County, South Carolina.

Richard "Tripp" Lawrence, a senior biochemistry and molecular biology major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Kallie Harris, a sophomore paralegal studies major at Bob Jones University, completed an internship at the Greenville County Probate Court.

For the first time in program history, the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) has named two Bob Jones University Bruins baseball players to the All-American teams. Senior Riley Ramsey was named 2nd Team All-American and senior Joshua Legnard was named 3rd Team All-American following their 2024 season.

For their efforts in the classroom, the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) has named 12 Bob Jones University Bruins outdoor track & field athletes to the Scholar-Athlete team for the 2024 season. The recognition is given to student-athletes who maintain at least a 3.40 cumulative GPA and are a junior, senior or graduate student.

Bob Jones University recently named orientation leaders for the 2024 Summer Orientation events on June 21-22.

Over 650 students graduated from Bob Jones University Friday, May 3.

Several students were recognized at the annual Awards Ceremony during Commencement Week at Bob Jones University.

The following students are among over 600 Bob Jones University students named to the President's List for high academic achievement during the Spring 2024 semester. To qualify for the President's List, students must earn a 3.75 or higher grade point average for the semester.

The following students are among approximately 800 Bob Jones University students named to the Dean's List for the Spring 2024 semester. The Dean's List recognizes students who earn a 3.00-3.74 grade point average during the semester.

Johnny Pierre will join the United States Marine Corps after graduation.

Gloria Gustafson is completing an internship with BJU Press in Greenville, SC. A resident of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, Gustafson observes the editorial process for textbooks for private schools and homeschoolers. She assists with the various editing and proofreading steps in the final stages of textbook production. "Interning at BJU Press has allowed me to explore a career as an editor by improving my grammar and writing skills, but has also developed me both personally and professionally," said Gustafson. "One of the most valuable lessons I've learned is that there are always opportunities to learn and improve if I look for them. Learning is a quest that requires humility, patience, and plenty of curiosity."

Ashley Henderson, a senior criminal justice major at Bob Jones University, is completing an internship with Travelers Rest Police Department in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. A resident of New Brunswick, Canada, Henderson accompanies a police officer in daily ride-alongs as they perform routine checks and tasks. She also participates in multiple scenario training events. "This internship made me realize that I want to be a police officer," said Henderson. "I have loved every minute of my time there, and am genuinely sad it is coming to an end. I will take with me countless hours of practical experience, skills, and training I didn't possess before."

Joshua Steel, a sophomore computer science major at Bob Jones University, is completing an internship with SermonAudio in Greenville, South Carolina. A resident of Greenville, Steel is developing a full production app and providing resources for SermonAudio through sermon access and various projects. "This internship provides experience working in a small company," said Steel. "I also get to work on useful projects that will impact many people by bringing sermons and biblical teaching to them."
