Bob Jones University

The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) has named Bob Jones University Bruins women's basketball senior guard Hannah Tompkins 1st Team All-Region. Tompkins was selected based on her performance throughout the season, with the final first team selections being voted on by head coaches in the South Region.

Rachel Lundberg, a junior accounting major at Bob Jones University, serves as an intern this semester for Mount Vernon Mills, Inc., a manufacturer of textile, chemical, and related products for the apparel, industrial, institutional, and commercial markets, based in Mauldin, South Carolina.

Micah Gold, a senior sports management major at Bob Jones University, serves as an intern this semester for the Greenville Drive, a minor league baseball team based in Greenville, South Carolina.

Elizabeth Paris, a senior communication major at Bob Jones University, serves as an intern this semester for the Department of Social Services located in Greenville, South Carolina.

Lauren Watts, a senior biochemistry and molecular biology major at Bob Jones University, has been accepted into the Pediatric Oncology Education (POE) program at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Dustin Killough, a junior guard on the Bob Jones University Bruins men's basketball team, became the third member of the men's basketball team to score 1,000 career points in school history. Killough's milestone came during the Bruins 81-67 victory in the National Christian College Athletic Association's (NCCAA) South Region Tournament semi-final game against Trinity Baptist College on Friday, Feb. 24.

Hannah Tompkins, a senior guard on the Bob Jones University Bruins women's basketball team, became the second member of the women's basketball team to score 1,000 career points in school history. Tompkins' milestone came during the Bruins 88-29 victory in the National Christian College Athletic Association's (NCCAA) South Region Tournament opening round game against Piedmont International University on Thursday, Feb. 23.

Nate Ellenwood was named the PlanFIRST Player of the Game for the Bob Jones University Bruins men's basketball team on Friday, Feb. 24. Ellenwood had 20 points and 7 rebounds as the Bruins defeated Trinity Baptist College 81-67 in the National Christian College Athletic Association's (NCCAA) DII MBB South Region semi-final round.

Dustin Killough was named the PlanFIRST Player of the Game for the Bob Jones University Bruins men's basketball team on Saturday, Feb. 18. The junior guard finished with 16 points while shooting 55% from the floor as the Bruins fell to the Life University Running Eagles 84-72.

Sha'Ron Brunson was named the PlanFIRST Player of the Game for the Bob Jones University Bruins women's basketball team on Saturday, Feb. 18. Brunson had 21 points as the Bruins defeated Piedmont International University 99-42.
