Edwards, a resident of Delta, Pennsylvania, works on the property management team. Her responsibilities include scheduling and performing property showings, completing move-in and move-out inspections, communicating moving details with tenants, and overseeing maintenance requests with vendors "This internship has exposed me to a totally new business career I had never considered pursuing prior to this experience," says Edwards. "What I have learned at Carolina Moves has inspired me to consider pursuing a long-term career in property management or real estate upon graduating from college."

Sarah Longacre, a senior English education major at Bob Jones University, serves as a student teacher this semester at Mauldin High School in Mauldin, South Carolina. Longacre, a resident of Hallstead, Pennsylvania, is gaining hands-on experience by teaching over 170 high school students. Her responsibilities include creating lesson plans, teaching the students, writing tests and quizzes, grading assignments, and managing the classroom. "My student teaching experience at Mauldin High has been crucial to my education," says Longacre. "Teaching high school students with diverse needs and backgrounds has greatly developed my skills as an educator."
