The following students are among over 900 Bob Jones University students named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2019 semester. The Dean's List recognizes students who earn a 3.00-3.74 grade point average during the semester.

The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) named Bob Jones University Bruins men's basketball freshman Elijah Cupples as the National Player of the Week for Division II.

Hayes Brush was named the Ronald Blue Trust Player of the Game for the Bob Jones University Bruins men's basketball team on Dec. 3. Brush is a freshman sport management major from Greer.

Abigail Ludwig, a graduate English education major at Bob Jones University, serves as a student teacher at Eastside High School in Greenville.

Karis Lehman, a senior music education major at Bob Jones University, serves as a student teacher at Mauldin High School in Mauldin, South Carolina.

The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) has named Bob Jones University Bruins women's soccer freshman, Jenna Bishop, as the National Player of the Year for Division II. Bishop had a dominant season for the Bruins helping lead the team to their fifth NCCAA DII National Championship in program history.

Bob Jones University's Division of Art and Design students will host an opening reception for "Command - Senior Graphic Design Exhibition" Friday, Dec. 6, from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. in the Sargent Art Building on the BJU campus. The exhibit will remain in place through Jan. 22.

Bruins junior Hannah Peterson made history in becoming the first female runner in program history to earn All-American honors with a 5th place finish at the NCCAA DII National Championship in Point Lookout, Missouri.
