Bob Jones University

Chris Gray of Simpsonville joins five freshmen from across the country who were named to the Bob Jones University Bruins men's intercollegiate basketball team roster for the 2014-2015 academic year. These six freshmen join five starters for the Bruins.

The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) recently recognized Evan Brondyke, Zach Mercado and Kirtis Yurchak as "NCCAA Scholar Athletes." The honorees are members of the Bob Jones University Bruins intercollegiate men's basketball team.

For the second straight year, Bob Jones University Bruins' sophomore guard Kendra Jeffcott has been named to the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) DI South all-region team. Jeffcott led the BJU Bruins averaging 12.6 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.

Andrew Fox, a sophomore history major at Bob Jones University, finished sixth in the men's 8000 meter run at the TFC Eagle Run held at Toccoa Falls College Nov. 2.

The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) named BJU Bruins women's soccer midfielder Rebecca Luttrell as the NCCAA Player of the Week. Luttrell scored five goals for the women's intercollegiate soccer team in three matches over the last week of competition.
