Kaytlin Tharp Awarded Bank2 Scholarship

Bank2, a community bank based in Oklahoma City, Okla., awarded Kaytlin Tharp, a senior majoring in Business and Culinary Arts at Bob Jones University, the 2013 Ta-ossaa-asha' Scholarship.

To encourage integrity and diversity in the business world, Bank2 awards an educational scholarship of $1,000 to a Chickasaw college student who has maintained a high GPA in a business major and exemplified leadership and character.

Bank2 employed an outside firm to process and evaluate the applications, letters of recommendation and essays.

Tharp, a resident of Fruitvale, Texas, received an AS in Culinary Arts from BJU in 2012.
