Emily-Rose Zhou Interns at Greenville Memorial Hospital

Emily-Rose Zhou, a junior premed/predent major at Bob Jones University, serves as an intern at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina.

Zhou, a resident of Salem, observes physicians as they practice medicine in hospitals and other medical office settings. She has the opportunity to shadow physicians in multiple specialties including vascular surgery, pediatrics, pain medicine, anesthesiology, pediatric neurosurgery, emergency room, and labor and delivery.

"This internship provides valuable exposure to medicine in action," said Zhou. "This experience will definitely help me get a better feel for the different fields of medicine and what career path I will choose in the future."
