Andrew Carter Named Student Ambassador at Bob Jones University

Andrew Carter of Taylors, a Junior majoring in Engineering, has been selected to serve as a student ambassador at Bob Jones University for the 2016-2017 academic year.

"Student ambassadors play a vital role in the BJU visit experience for prospective students, parents and many other campus guests," said David Orr, Welcome Center Manager. "Ambassadors are excited to connect prospective students with the people and programs of BJU as they tell their own unique stories and personal experiences."

According to Clay Bryant, the Senior Ambassador and University Host, "We're really excited to have Andrew in the Student Ambassador Program. Andrew's excitement for people and willingness to serve is exciting!"

In addition to providing tours to prospective students, ambassadors welcome guests to the University campus and answer questions about the many academic, spiritual, social and cultural opportunities available at BJU.

During the last academic year, the team conducted over 300 tours to nearly 2,500 prospective students.
